It seems like an enormous challenge, and indeed it is. But we have no choice but to strive for a radical improvement in the way we shape our lives and our neighborhoods; things must get better.

On October 17, 2025, FutureLab organized a dialogue titled: Talks, Philosophy and Food. Together with a group of 8 young professionals, they reflected on the philosophical question: What is a good existence?

On October 1, the kick-off of Project de Toekomst took place in the CEC building in Amsterdam Southeast. A special day on which local residents, young people, educators, local initiatives, and social partners came together to work on one shared dream: a future in which the community
